What colour should I paint my VW badges?

I've got a dark/royal blue colour Volkswagen Polo and wanted to paint my front and rear badges. I've seen black ones around but I saw a red one last week and quite liked it. What colours should I go for, backing and the actual VW bit?|||Depending on what look you're going for. I have always found white looked good with a darker royal blue. I had a 325i and I did white accents, looks great! Black gives it a super stock/sleeper look, and most other random bright colours give it a ricer look. White is clean!
