I have a 1997 VW jetta GLS with 130,000 miles on it, But the transmission went out on it. So i was wondering how much i should try to sell it for.|||Honestly? $300 maybe $500 in parts. The transmission repair is more expensive than the value of the car. Best case scenario about $1,800.00.|||kbb.com
