How much for airbag repair on a VW beetle?

The airbag indicator light on my 2000 VW Beetle indicates that my side curtain airbag (out of the leather driver seat) needs repair. Ballpark, how much will this type of repair run me? $200? $500? More?|||It may just be a faulty sensor... Mine was. it was under warantee, so VW fixed it for free, but you might check into that.
